Correspondent Loan Purchasing Program

This information is provided solely for the use of correspondents approved by Somerset Regal Bank.

Please use our online registration form to register a loan. Confirmation of the registration/rate lock will be faxed to the fax number we have on file for your organization.

All programs feature:

A 90 day rate lock
Rate reduction/premium increase for low/mod loans*
Locked rates can be reduced to the current Somerset Regal Bank rate for 1/8% in purchase price per request. Rate change requests should be made at [email protected]

Prices are subject to change without notice. Maximum loan amount $1,500,000. Jumbo loans start at $750,000. All loans must be closed within the commitment period. All quotes listed are for owner-occupied purchase/refinance. *Rate reductions for low/moderate income levels or properties located within low/moderate census tracts may be available.
